Shipping

• Items will be shipped promptly after cleared payment.
• Customers pay shipping/postage fees unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are nett and quoted in Singapore dollars. Discounts are given only during occasional promotions. Rest assured that Hynnael.com offers reasonable pricing for the products. Please take note that shipping/postage is not included in the price unless stated otherwise.

Inventory

• Our products are in limited quantities. While we do update our site regularly, there might be occasions where sold out items are listed as available on the site. We will email you if this happens to your order.

Payment

• Bank Fund Transfer (POSB) - Only for Singapore Shoppers
  Bank account details will be provided upon confirmation of purchase. Do note that order will be canceled if payment is not made after three working days from the date of purchase order. Please email to hello@hynnael.com your transaction reference once payment is made.
